This is the most basic app a bank can have and for some reason it still isn't easy to use half the damn time. It doesn't remember passwords. They added fingerprint log in but now it doesn't work anymore. S1 requires strong, strong passwords, so without fingerprint, you are forced to painstakingly type 20+ characters with specials, numbers, random caps... Just to get a quick glance at your account balance. It is, hands down, the clunkiest bank app I have ever used in my life. And I hate it.

This app was working fine but for 6 months, the mobile deposit quit working. It will not capture an image if the check. Camera permissions are on. Servisfirst is a good bank but they use Jack Henry and associates which by all measures lives in about 1999 technology wise. The mobile deposit feature is problematic, when I take pictures of checks to deposit the front and back images do not post.
