Servy - Servicios del hogar

About this app

Servy connects those who need home services with those who offer them. Is the air conditioner broken? Is there a leak in the bathroom? Does the garden need maintenance? Instead of asking in a neighborhood group chat and waiting for someone to reply, with Servy you find the professional, see their previous work and what other clients have to say, and arrange everything through the app.

FOR THOSE WHO NEED SERVICES
- Search by category or by the specific service you need: plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, gardening, cleaning, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, drywall, metalwork, glass and aluminum, pest control, pools, security cameras, solar panels, appliance repair, and more.

- Review each provider's profile: their photos of past work, their reviews, and their service area.

- Request a quote and receive it in the app, with the price and scope of work clearly stated.

- Chat with the provider before making a decision. You can send photos and videos of what needs fixing, which almost always explains things better than words.

- When the job is finished, leave a review. This helps the next neighbor make a good choice.

FOR THOSE OFFERING SERVICES
- Create your profile with your categories, your service area, and a portfolio of photos showcasing your skills.

- Receive requests from clients near you and respond with a quote.

- Keep your jobs and conversations in one place.

- Build your reputation with customer reviews.

VERIFIED PROVIDERS
Providers undergo an identity check before being listed. Those who also have certifications in their trade display a verification badge on their profile, so you know who you're dealing with.

YOUR INFORMATION
Servy asks for your location to show you nearby providers, and you can deny this permission and enter your address manually. Your data and conversations are encrypted. You can delete your account at any time from the app or at servy.mx/delete-account. Servy operates in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, and continues to expand to more cities.
