The Service Manager service program supports the work of many industries. It allows you to easily and transparently manage the operation of both stationary and mobile websites. It contains a whole range of functionalities necessary for the operation of each website:
- full control over the services provided,
- full information about supported devices,
- settling service and technicians for work results,
- easy communication with customers via e-mail or SMS,
- history of cooperation: sales, deliveries, services, devices, contracts, notes,
- invoices, corrections, advance invoices, proformas, receipts,
- statement of receivables and liabilities, sending payment reminders,
- warehouses, warehouse documents, working with a barcode reader,
- sales, costs, customer turnover and service reports,
- export to JPK and many other accounting systems.
The application requires one of the versions of the Auto, Multi or Photocopier Service Manager and a communication server to work.
