About this app
Using the Setfords ID-Me app when requested, you can enter details such as date of birth and address to help us verify you as a client. We will ask you to take pictures of your Internationally recognised Documents, such as a passport or ID card, and a photo of yourself, as well as a copy of your proof of address.
There are guides in place that will ensure your images are in focus and in the correct place in the image. We will have those all checked for you, without you needing to leave the app. Your lawyer will be informed once this is complete.
