"К" - Компенсация
Значит собственник/дольщик вместо устранения отклонения выбрал денежную компенсацию
"О" - "Отказ от устранения"
Значит собственник/дольщик отказался от устранения отклонения и не будет иметь претензий к гарантийному отделу (например у него будет свой ремонт).
