About this app

The SpyderWash Mobile App gives users the ability to manage their loyalty card. From the App, users can view their loyalty card balance and transaction history. Users can also recharge their loyalty card directly from the App as well as view which Washers/Dryers are available in the laundry.

At 1st it was terrible. You could not get information on how to use a gift card. couldn't find anywhere that was spyder wash. I called the company and and couldn't tell you a location that used the card. Called around for hours. My daughter is disabled and it was a all day task for her. Once we did it was easy and really nice.

Installed the app and it just keeps crashing. Uninstalled and tried again with the same results. Website could be more user friendly. I have 3 cards and would like to merge them all but can't figure out how to do it.. Great idea but needs more work!

This is a great and clean environment to wash your clothes. Also an up todate app and card services they use make it easy instead of trying to keep up with a bunch of quarters doing laundry. Easy and efficient way to get some laundry done. Not to mention reasonable prices even a pickup and drop off service i know is awesome.
