About this app

SETPark is Grupo Gigante's official app for paying for parking quickly and securely from your smartphone.

APPLICABLE PARKING LOTS

The app is currently available at:

• San Esteban (San Esteban Shopping Center, Naucalpan)
• Miyana (Miyana Shopping Center, Mexico City)

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

• Scan the QR code on your parking ticket
• Check the real-time rate before paying
• Pay with a debit or credit card
• Use the app as a guest or register to save vehicles, cards, history, and CFDI invoices
• Log in with your phone number or Google account
• Receive digital confirmation when you leave the parking lot

REQUIREMENTS

You need an active internet connection (WiFi or 3G, 4G, or 5G mobile data). Without a connection, it is not possible to scan tickets, calculate rates, or process payments.

A working rear camera is required to scan the QR code on the ticket.

Compatible with Android smartphones running version 8.0 (Oreo) or later.

PERMISSIONS

• Camera: Scanning the QR code on your ticket (required for the main flow)
• Internet: Checking rates, making payments, and syncing with the parking facility
• Location (optional): Can be used in some parking facilities
• Notifications (optional): App alerts

IMPORTANT

• The app only works in the participating parking facilities listed above.

• After paying, you have a grace period to exit (15 minutes, depending on the parking facility's settings).

• Payments are processed securely; SETPark does not store your full card number.
