I've tried uninstalling and installing the app several times and it doesn't work. Just opens in a gray screen and doesn't function at all. Worthless at the moment. 8/28/21 - Just a quick update, the app still doesn't work and tech support has no idea why. This is not indicative of the Shape Software crm or other products, though. They all get 5 out of 5 stars. Only this Android app has problems. Doesn't seem to be compatible with the Samsung note 20 ultra 5g on Android 11.

Business is very smooth now. We used to get notifications and have to run to our browser before responding. Now we can respond right from phone.

It was hard to manage business while traveling or not at my desk but using this app I can respond to SMS, calls in real-time without waiting for to get to my desk.
