I've tried uninstalling and installing the app several times and it doesn't work. Just opens in a gray screen and doesn't function at all. Worthless at the moment. 8/28/21 - Just a quick update, the app still doesn't work and tech support has no idea why. This is not indicative of the Shape Software crm or other products, though. They all get 5 out of 5 stars. Only this Android app has problems. Doesn't seem to be compatible with the Samsung note 20 ultra 5g on Android 11.

Truly attrocious app, that simply does not work the majority of the time, and when it does, it is missing the most basic features. There isn't even a way to access the calendar in this app for managing your customer base and schedule.

Should be able to get to the referral partner portal to send a co-branded protal link from the app. Also, under contacts, it will only show the first 5 contacts, and I can't scroll down to more contacts.
