“Fishermen of Fish” didn’t start as a restaurant… it began with a genuine passion for the sea and fishing.

For many years, fishing trips have been an essential part of my life. In 2010, with the rise of Facebook in Egypt, I created the “Fishermen of Fish” page to share this passion with everyone who loves the sea and fresh fish.

On one fishing trip in 2020, I discovered a place where fishermen were selling fresh sea bass of excellent quality at a price different from Cairo’s. I bought a small amount to try, and the experience was remarkable: real sea fish with a taste that truly reflected the sea.

Driven by my love for business and my confidence in the quality, I featured the fish on the “Fishermen of Fish” page. I didn’t expect the overwhelming response; orders poured in, and the experience was repeated time and again. Then, orders for preparation and cooking began to arrive.

From there, the passion transformed into a bigger dream.

We started with Seven Sushi Bar, an idea suggested by my daughter, to begin with the world of sushi. We faced many challenges, but we persevered and continued to develop. Over time, we added fish and seafood to our offerings, and the name "Fishermen" returned to its rightful place.

Today, we combine two identities we cherish: "Fishermen" for fish and seafood lovers, and Seven Sushi Bar for sushi enthusiasts.
