Today was our first time using the app. It was very easy and convenient everything you need is at your finger tips. You beat the hassle of calling and being on hold until someone can help you and also no more of the operator or prompt misunderstanding what you say or it picking up any type of back ground noise. I really liked how easy it is to make a payment.

The app is finally working again! The new layout seems okay. There are too many steps to pay a bill. The only downside is that it doesn't save the password when going into the account to check payments or make one. You have to punch in the password and then wait for the authenticator to send you a text or email...ridiculous.

Can't login to site, can't login to mobile app. Only get a site under maintenance error. Had to create new account on the new platform to begin with which is odd those couldn't be migrated, took 16 hours to get confirmation email for said account. Fix it. Update 2 months later: Things started working, auto payment feature is nice so I don't have to remember to do anything. Awful launch, hopefully things continue to get cleaned up and stabilized.
