When I get an email saying my bill is ready, I use the app to get it. Unfortunately, every time for at least the last 2 months, I sign in and press on "view your bill" the response is "we are sorry the bill is not available." In addition the two factor authentication only works with my email and not with text messages. Very frustrating!

not easy to use and will not bring up my bill even when I get the email that my bill is ready needs improvements loging in is a hassle app dose not work on some actions error messages come up and when you go to the website it sends you right back to the app that dosent work

it was good when it worked, now I am not getting the 2fa email or text message and somehow I was locked out from last month, not a great start to using this app.
