I tried numerous times to pay my bill using this app, all failed. Later, changed to pay by online banking saving account, then got through. This app DOESN'T ACCEPT credit card payment ! I logged a fault report via this app, the technicians fixed the problem in the afternoon same day. Thank you 👍👍👍 Very fast and efficient. But they didn't inform me the problem already fixed. The system also didn't show the progress of the task. The logged complain was not kept in their system. Need upgrade 😁

1st time signup dont know whether account no. need to include station no. or not...it easier if can view the sample directly rather ask user need to refer FAQ which difficult to find also.

not sure what happen. It was smooth before, I used to pay my house and shop bills every month with this apps... but now cannot login. it just keep loading the page only. Ive uninstall and reinstall multiple times, hoping it work. but still the same. other apps like unifi, celcom, all works fine. Im sure that's not my phone problem. hermmmmm I just want to pay bills. what happen to your apps?
