really easy to check account and balance. usage etc. had no issues. installed the app and found it very handy. simple set up & bug free

app crashes too often. keeps showing data unavailable. but after closing and reopening, it works. not reliable. Please look into it

app is very glitchy, often with a pop up appearing saying that the service isn't available right now. Also they used to have a daily usage view, where you could see how much each day was costing you. but it seems that's been removed.
