Not great. It says my account is overdue as they were unable to get a direct debit, so I must pay $00.00 immediately. There's definitely a problem here. Also I want to know what electricity plan I'm on, but the app doesn't provide that info and neither does the website. Signing in to the app for the first time took ages. I've been a Tango customer for years but they've really gone off lately and this app is another indication.

UPDATE- Still as useless as it was 6 months ago. only app as inconsistent as this is Optus. every second log in is "sorry for the inconvenience try again later" can't log in.

App doesn't even load. "We Apologise for the inconvenience but the service is currently unavailable" What's the point of advertising your app, when it can't be used?
