It was a good App, enjoyed using it and could keep a check on my bills, it's not working anymore. Not letting load in to use the App, keep getting the same message. l have uninstalled and then reinstalled it and still won't work....Not happy 😡

only app as inconsistent as this is Optus. every second log in is "sorry for the inconvenience try again later" can't log in.

App was working. It wasn't great but it was usable. Just recently has stopped logging in and just says "Some error occurred" and that's it. I have cleared the cache etc and uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing...
