Easy access for arranging payment

I have been facing a big problem with your app since i downloaded it, all goes smoothly till I click to pay my bill, and then your App freeze waited long after receiving the OTP from my bank that it open, but nothing is done for your information, I did delete and download your app several times, and the issue remained the same I expect your advice to fix that problem as it will spare me long queues at the electricity offices ..

This department takes so much of time to credit back the refund. You follow up for 1000 times but they don't give you back the refund. Like in my case it's more than 3 months and that the refund is yet to be given I really don't know why does it take so much of time. Plus their customer service department is very worse They don't know how to deal with customers Very bad experience But what we can do, If we need to stay here we would need electricity and etc.
