accounts for owners should be kept active, accessible through app. i had to visit 2 branches to activate my acct. then documents to close accounts should be reduced, you are requesting documents i attached when opening account. plus should be faster. should have informed of due amount.

Please Make the Partial Payment Option of the SEWA Bill amount. its Very Difficult to Pay One time Payment. If I try to Pay multiple Card its Not Possible. Also Please Avoid the Service Charges when Making Online Payments🤔🥺

why there is so many extra charges like convenience charge , knowledge fees 10 aed service charges of 10 aed ...this is extra payment on the bill every month already there is too much payments and this also adds to it
