the complaints option has a problem in entering the otp number.i am using samsung 23ultra but couldn't enter the otp i changed the keyboard but still nothing. tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but nothing.both nafaa and the app takes you to the mobile website which has an issue with my phone.

You'd think that by paying those endless "service" charges, you'll get somewhat a good experience think again.....your app along with your services are only their for your benefit NOT ours, honestly this so called "technology" is just another way to get our money more easily.
