What’s new

Finance section redesigned: trip earnings, fuel, and other expenses now appear in one unified income/expense list. Added detailed filtering, search, a monthly earnings goal with a custom date range, and a 6-month trend chart.
Fixes: a calculation bug with comma decimals in amount fields (e.g. 45,50), the fuel entry save button being hidden by the keyboard, income/expense color coding, misleadingly high hourly averages on short shifts, and a Google Sign-In error.
