This app was listed in owners manual to adjust my bed. My physical remote quit working so I'm 100% dependable on this app. It crashes and hardly ever works, telling me there is a "bug" and check back later. It has been doing this periodically for years! I wish they could get this fixed. I gave 1 star for dependability and 1 star for the convince of using my phone when it DOES work... the members mark app worked for a long time but the last phone update set me back with no options again

App is truly terrible. Rarely works. Tried on iPad and Android phone. Alarm never works, only plays sound. Never wakes to zero g, which seems dangerous anyway, but it would be nice to wake to vibrate. Disconnects when you switch apps, so does it even stay connected all night? Alexa option never works either.

I am unable to get both bases to adjust in sync using the app. Works with the physical remote but not the app. I can only adjust the one base my app is currently synced to if I choose the Both option. If I choose A or B nothing happens. Also, is there a way to change the weather temperature to Fahrenheit?
