Garbage app. So bad it makes me want to leave the credit union. Credit union can't seem to fix it. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
Barely functional. In addition to the shortcomings noted in other reviews, we've lost the ability to add a source name or other identifying info to deposits or to see a check image. We also lost all previous payment history and payee names were truncated, leading to difficulty making payments to the correct company. If they can't fix it or revert to the old app, I'll need a new bank.
Compared to the previous App, the design is less attractive. The Scroll Bar is covering up text on the right of the screen, and there's no zoom function. Many Features still unavailable. It would have been responsible to keep the previous App functional while this one is going through Beta.
This new version for online banking is a disaster. It is user unfriendly, the app integrated two separate online accounts that I had and wanted to keep separate, and customer service is inaccessible due to being inundated. I cannot access my routing and checking account number from the website anymore. This is the first setback in an otherwise dependable financial institution. Please revert back to the old app which was way easier to use.
Instead of updating your old app you created a totally new one. If I hadn't read the link I never would have known there was a new app to download. This was a poor decision compounded by poor communication
Very user-unfriendly. Tedious process on saving external accounts (you have to get the routing # now) compared to previous version. Transactions and available balance is kinda hard to comprehend. I don't even know where to see my available balance (including pending deductions/transactions)
