Every time I try to deposit checks with the app it crashes and stops responding, I am so frustrated with this and clearly not the only one. The old app worked just fine. I have reinstalled it to no avail, spoken with tech support and not resolved the issue. It is time to get this fixed, go back to the old app or they will lose long time customers like myself. I'm so over it SFFCU!

Branch manager helped me open a checking/savings and explained in great details all the member benefits, also help me get a personal loan. When I say helped me, I mean, something went wrong where my debt to income was to high and wouldn't let me qualify for the loan. Instead of letting me go home feeling disappointed, the manager looked into it further by calling the processor and asking why I wasn't approved. They found the problem, and I ended up being approved instantly. Kudos!👍🏽

The old version of the app before this major switch over was way better. Ever since the new system rolled out, the app and the Credit Union have lost a huge amount of functionality. Also, now transaction names display incorrectly as random letters and numbers on the app. Used to love being a member of this credit union, not so much anymore :(
