• Access incident tracking directly after reporting it.

Not very easy to use. For instance nowhere was information that it does not work on Windows11 laptop chrome, it works on Edge. Then I have had fibre at my individual house like years and three operators already with box fibre. All those app are superior to this one. Also when I have ordered Fibre then why in my Offre it says RED box Très Haut Debit. The tehnicien today was aware that it was Box Fibre he was installing but still in their system it's Très Haut?!?! SFR ;) impossible is possible

Terrible customer support. Also no way to contact other than through app. Also as others said, additional services are automatically added without your permission or without your request. My line was "upgraded" automatically to a 5G line, even when my device doesn't support 5g. Had to unnecessarily pay extra and request to go back to original plan. So if you go with Red SFR, keep an eye on your plan.

Nous sommes navrés pour la mauvaise expérience que vous avez rencontré. N'hésitez pas à renouveler votre demande au service client directement depuis Facebook Messenger, DM Twitter ou via l'appli RED & Moi.

Red By SFR has is the operator with worst support service I have seen. It is only accessible by chat, they only answer after hours of waiting, you need to explain your request 10000 times because they don't really read your message (that is the only explanation) every time I need something from them I end up being furious. I highly recommend to use another Operator even if it is a bit more expensive.
