Such a confusing app. I'm a senior and was directed to download this app in order to get a senior discount on Tri-Rail and Broward fares. However there is nowhere on the app to access any sort of discount nor is there a "contact us" tab. There is a space for birthdate, but there's no way to enter it. This is the worst transportation app I've seen, and I've seen plenty, overseas and domestic.

app is OK. My trirail ticket was active so I couldn't activate my bus ticket. It was confusing on how to register. The FAQ page is invalid. But the bus info was accurate and up to date and it was easy to pay for things.

This has time be the hardest app to f8gure out where train is & when arriving. if they are running late it should be on here. I keep checking & it will say 5 stops away, then 6 stops away, then 1 stop away Absolutely does not give accurate or up to date info. Biggest waste of time ever
