Backrooms: The Ancestry is a short but intense game in which you have to escape from a threatening entity which will be waiting for you to prevent you from escaping.

This was a very promising demo, the controls were good and responsive, however you cant look around while running, so you need to run backwards and sideways most of the time. The Backrooms were very faithful with great ambience and details. The monster's screaming was processed with an AI vocal isolator so the rest of the noise from the original sound isn't heard. The monster is super persistent and chases endlessly but that's fine since it's only a short demo. Hope to see more levels soon! 8/10

Ok. I figured out how to get passed the entity and compled 1st level... I've been waiting for next level,,,, WHEN is more levels going to be added???? If I wait too much longer I'll delete the game... please hurry... Game gets 4 stars,, - Controls are easy to learn - The overall game give an Erie look and feel - looking forward to next levels if the ever finish them.. I recommend this game...

This has potential. But you must stop running to turn around which makes it so annoying to run away from the entity. And i wish there was multiplayer so you can play with friends or strangers if you have no friends
