1) The upload sequence has been revised so that child-device uploads are deferred until the parent-device upload has successfully completed.
2) Selecting a queued load now presents a clear alert: “The selected load cannot be uploaded to the cloud. Delete the current load to proceed.” The user is given Yes and No options to confirm deletion or cancel, enabling a deterministic next step.
