About this app

WorkSAFE App is SMRT's workplace safety and health (WSH) platform for reporting hazards, getting instant safety guidance, and tracking safety performance — in one place, on your phone.

Access is restricted to authorised SMRT employees, contractors, and safety personnel. You sign in with your organisation account, Singpass, or Google; a valid account is required to use the app.

REPORT
Capture safety matters in a few taps:
• Hazard and incident reports, with photos and an anonymous option
• Gemba walk site inspections
• Toolbox briefings with voice-to-text transcription
• Stop-Work Orders and Safety Time-Outs
Every submission is routed to the right safety officer and given a reference number so nothing is lost.

ADVISOR — "Safety Sally"
Ask safety questions in plain language and get answers grounded in SMRT policy, national WSH regulations, and chemical Safety Data Sheets — with citations to the source. Attach a photo or document for context, and export advice when you need a record.

INSIGHT
See safety performance for your line and business unit: accident-free days, top hazards, trends, and reminders for expiring risk assessments and overdue actions.

Camera, microphone, and notification permissions are only requested when you use the related feature (attaching media, voice input, and safety alerts).
