Very disappointing app . I have been using it since past 1 year every thing was good until recently I withdrawl my earning and tango send me a text regarding my payment that they have successfully transferred the money but it's been more than 1 week and I have still not received my payment yet..I have been trying to connect to tango customer service but they don't respond to any of my problems

I'm re-writing my review. You guys need to have a customer service number, not a useless ai. I want to talk to someone that I can actually communicate with, not the limited options you guys have as reasons for contacting you all. It's infuriating that you'll have microtransactions but no service number to talk to an actual person. Stop giving the AI service route and actually help your customers, ffs. I wish I could give this app less then 1 star.

Horrible experience. Pay for coins that you never receive. Very rude and unhelpful support staff if you can figure out how to ever reach them. The support part of the site leads you nowhere. Lots of fake profiles. Even after you figure out it's a fake profile and report it. Tango does nothing to the scammers. They simply tell you to block them and let the scammers keep scamming other unsuspecting people. All tango cares about is them making money off of you.
