Proofsheet helps freelance photographers organize small client shoots from first inquiry to final handoff. Each Shot List keeps the essentials in one place, including the client name, current shoot status, quoted fee, and an optional delivery note. The Board tab displays your Shot Lists in simple status lanes, so you can quickly scan what is booked, what is in editing, and what has already been delivered. A built-in dashboard highlights counters for booked and editing work, gives you a quick way to add a new Shot List, and shows your three most recently updated entries. The Add tab provides a direct form for creating new Shot Lists or updating existing ones with short, easy fields and clear validation. You can also delete outdated entries when a job is complete or no longer needed, keeping your list focused and current. The Search tab makes it easy to find local jobs by matching client names, shoot statuses, or delivery note text. The Focus tab brings one selected Shot List forward in a larger detailed view, helping you stay centered on the next shoot that needs attention. Everything is designed around a practical CRUD workflow, so you can create, review, edit, search, and remove Shot Lists without extra clutter. All data is stored locally on your device, making the app useful for photographers who want a lightweight offline tracker for everyday work.
