Played this again since they've added so much since the original in 2023 and I was impressed! Hold me for a bit over a month with it's great DnD world, characters, art, and events. Finally stopped once I hit lvl 100 (max) and realized the strategy is so indirect that it is frustratingly rinse and repeat once you find a good team. Pretty good overall, but gameplay is mixed.

I remember playing this game when the OG version was out and listed as dragonheir. While I loved it then, i love the new QoL updates more and how much more affordable it has been. Everything feels more streamlined and the interface is far more pleasing to the eyes. that being said, i'm a little disappointed in the opening. I know it probably got complaints about the length, but i feel like the old opening did far better in setting things up story wise and appeal. Just my opinion though.

This game was pretty fun for a while. Just didn't like how one character class all did pretty much the same thing. I get that it's a class but still. literally every character from that class has something or everything to do with one specific thing. Like the Necromancers, they all summoned creatures or duplicated creatures as their main thing. All of them. I was willing to look past this, but then all my progress and leveling and gear was gone and reset because a new season started?
