About this game

A king without a kingdom? Impractical. A kingdom without people? Even more impractical.

Crowntrail is an upcoming mobile-first 2D/2.5D kingdom adventure about people who don't just want to be gathered. You explore a hand-drawn valley, help its inhabitants, and win them over to your Crown Trail.

Each new person can do more than just follow your banner: Mara repairs bridges, Jorin maps safe routes, Bram forges fittings, Nia listens to the stone for stability, and other citizens open new routes with their professions.

Lead your party in different formations, send individual citizens on tasks, solve environmental puzzles, and decide who travels with you or works in the kingdom. Exploration, quests, resources, and community become increasingly intertwined.

• Local achievements, field log, council gossip, and minor social squabbles

• Touch controls, keyboard support, and a roadmap with questionable personnel management

The core gameplay is designed to function offline and without an account. Optional analytics, advertising, and purchases will only be activated after a clear choice. No loot boxes, no forced advertising, and no selling of game progress.
