Ratings and reviews

The bus timings provided by the management are different from the actual arrival time of the bus. The booking process on the app is very complicated and often books the wrong bus. The tracker map does not show the accurate location of the bus. The bus driver does not wait for even a minute at the stop. The bus driver requests to be informed in advance of your presence at the stop via phone call despite all information provided beforehand via booking on the app.

1-Too Far showing when tracking on the stop and location enabled. 2-No response of feedback provided on the app. driver charged Rs 500 for cost of card which is actually 100. 3-There should be booking system to avoid un necessary wait by passengers on stops. if there is no seat they should keep waiting at office/home. 4- Card reading machine gets usually out of order and fare is charged from start or last point irrespective of the actual check-in/out. APP NEEDS LOT OF IMPROVEMENT OPTIONS AND FEATURES WISE.

You should post a video on how to choose the pick and drop locations the map is not working at all it just shows the location and doesnt proceed to booking.. whats the process? And the reset button, seems like its been added but doesnt work. You guys really need to improve this app
