About this app

SGX Attendant is the official Android application for SGX Mobility staff. The app is designed to streamline daily operations at SGX Battery Swapping Stations (BSS) and help attendants efficiently manage business activities.

Secure Attendant Access

Attendants are registered through the SGX web platform, known as SBS. After their email address is verified, they receive unique login credentials via email. These credentials allow them to securely sign in to the SGX Attendant app and log out when their shift is complete.

Check Driver Balance

Attendants can instantly verify the account balance of any registered SGX driver before performing battery swap or other operations.

View Driver Account History

The app allows attendants to access a driver's payment history and battery swapping records, helping them provide quick and accurate support.

Assign Vehicles

Attendants can assign SGX vehicles to registered drivers directly through the app, ensuring efficient fleet management.

Battery Swapping

The app connects securely to the SGX Mobility business platform through APIs to verify driver eligibility, check account balance, and assign batteries during the battery swapping process.

Report Incidents

Attendants can report technical or operational issues encountered at Battery Swapping Stations (BSS) using the built-in incident reporting feature. Reports are sent directly to the IT support team for prompt resolution.

Regular Updates

SGX Mobility continuously enhances the SGX Attendant app with new features, performance improvements, and security updates to meet evolving business requirements. More functionality will be introduced in future releases
