Thiqa is a Lebanese service marketplace and digital contracting platform connecting clients with freelancers, professionals, tradespeople, and specialized service providers across Lebanon.

Thiqa organizes the relationship between the client and the service provider and helps protect both parties through an electronic contract inside the app called a Ticket.

Each Ticket documents the agreed scope of work, price, duration, conditions, and payment stages. It gives both parties a clear way to manage the service from the initial agreement until completion.
