Crashes all the time on opening. Investment account only appears on the summary page sporadically.

This app let's my phone become a glorified security device. I can't even carry out local transfers without being told to use the desktop app.

Online account opening procedures are cumbersome and poorly designed, had to do my account opening procedure 4 times to succeed. Such a waste of time. If you can't design an app properly why ask your customers to go through this hellish process
