How can I start using Shahry?

1- Download the app through the App Store or Google Play.

2- Create an account and apply for credit by filling out the requested information on the Shahry App, submit your application and receive your approval within minutes.

3- After approval, your credit will be available on your App.

4- Congratulations, you can start shopping either online from Shahry App or our partners' online stores; or offline from partnering merchants' shops.



How can I make a purchase after I receive my credit?

You can make a purchase directly from Shahry App, Merchants online websites' or in-store.

Online purchases: Place your order from Shahry App or choose it as your payment method on our merchants' websites and receive it delivered to your doorstep.

Offline purchases: Buy from our partners' stores and pay with Shahry App using the QR codes.



How do I pay my installments?

It's so difficult in this application to take selfie with ID, with its detection way that (always) fail after long time for auto-detection!!! Taking or upload pictures to ID card and face ( separately, in 2 steps ) will be easier, faster and successful Also, cancelling credit request, edit the needed credit sum and deleting my account MUST be available! This's ABC in any application!!!

Daily calls from customer service that the contract I signed has been lost and they need me to go to the company's headquarters to sign a new contract. And what is my fault.. All you have is to pay my installments, but I am not required to sign a new contract.. One of the worst apps ever. Every day, every second, every hour, a message and e-mail reminding you to pay a week in advance. something disgusting . Add to that, I was surprised by a message on the application stating that the balance is0

I would give those four stars for real and even five if it's working for real as you stated, The interface and the process is very simplified compared to other apps and also the permissions aren't over usual too, but the order is pending for over 10 days until now, My first item was ordered on 27th of July, second item on 1 July, until now they're pending, I have no idea if they're coming before the feast or not, I really need to know, Please let me know asap, My number is ending w/01****86730.
