Neil Young Archives is the first of its kind musicians’ archive where you can chronologically explore and enjoy Neil Young albums, tracks, movies, video, art and most everything about his creations.

This is the companion app to the website that brings Neil’s Hi-Res music (up to 196/24) and videos to mobile devices.

NYA Classic members can chronologically explore all of Neil Young’s albums, using a detailed timeline, and play all his recordings in Hi-Res streaming audio from an Android phone or tablet.

Members have also access to an extensive video and movie archives of Neil’s videos and movies that users can watch on an Android phone or tablet for a modest cost.

You can upgrade from CLASSIC to RUST at any time and receive credit for the unused part of your CLASSIC subscription.

Your payment will be charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through the Account Settings on the website.

Ratings and reviews

I subscribed again for another year in hopes that someone there actually cares about this app and it's customers. This may be the worst app ever and they say to use a desktop. It's laughable because cellphones are what everyone in the world uses. For the record, the desktop version is in serious need of work also. Please please please someone in app development do something for your paying customers. Sincerely, every single one of your paying customers

Excellent audio quality...but... when I use this app on my Android phone with a Bluetooth speaker, it skips occasionally. I've tried changing all the settings in the audio settings. Even at the lowest quality it still skips sometimes. I do have a low end Samsung, and not necessarily the best wireless carrier, so those could be issues. It doesn't skip in YouTube music and it does skip when I use this app. Other than that, it's great to be able to sample such a vast catalogue for $2 a month.

App on Android has progressively deteriorated over time. If it will even open, it no longer plays any music. Had no problem charging me for my membership though. Super disappointed especially since Neil took his music off Spotify. Please fix this and don't tell me to open on a computer, that completely missed the point of even having an app.
