Ratings and reviews

There is no option for a la carte Texas toast or chicken tenders. When I go to the store to order I usually like to add on 1 or 2 chicken tenders...also I wish I could use a coupon and reward points together in the same order. Also on the lunch baskets and the kid's meals there is not an option for "no drink" and subtract the cost. Typically when I get an order for pick up I don't want drinks because it is too cumbersome to carry and I have drinks at home.

I updated my existing app and lost all the points and history from previous orders. The new app doesn't have a way to scan a receipt. Also, to enter birthdate, you can only go by month - meaning I would have to get to 1966 month by month from 1999. An extremely annoying and tedious waste of time. I just stopped at a random date instead of wasting time going back 30 years by month. I really hate this app.

My biggest gripe with this app is that your phone's back button doesn't just take you back one step if you're in the middle of an order or doing a customization. It takes you all the way back to the location selection. that should not be the case. It should take you back one step such as to the previous screen not the location selection which was probably three or four screens ago. Other than that the app is pretty nice.
