My Trip to Singapore: This app is really great for keeping track of your reservation and making changes. It makes it easy to find out needed information about your hotel when you arrive from your flight. I'm looking forward to me next stay with the hotel.
Garbage Absolutely unusable. Needs work on critical journey path for the user, taxonomy of the app structure is convoluted and the navigation paradigm is confusing.
Just awful By far the worse hotel app I've seen. Dreadful to use and unfathomable slow. Shangri-La need to put this in the trash and start again! Hilton shows how it can be done.
Lousy apps Crash nonstop. Can't redeem points. Took forever to search hotel via the app. Not sure what's the point of having this app.
Poor useless and lousy loyalty program. stay away.
