Very poor apps, cant login after logout. Keep verifying but fail to login anyway. Another problem is, member ID is not traceable.....could you please do something about this?

Seriously I dont understand that you guys can have the Prosperous New Year Activity contest but cannot cater to high traffic. By the time you get in, all the red packets have been grabbed. Even with a lot of time slots to grab what are the chances of even winning one when each time the result is always the same?

Convenient to use for booking both for hotel rooms anywhere and restaurant. can check accumulated credit points anytime. Up to date for all Shangri-la offerings every given occasions.
