The app doesn't work. I login with website credentials and it won't let me get past the creat a new wallet page (it errors on PW). I can login to website but can't change my email (I have a new one). The settings link is broken. I tried to use the contact page, but it won't let me fill in the fields. Not having basic tech issues worked out is a huge red flag in the crypto space.

Garbage. Wouldn't even load half the time Login failed when it did. The few times I did get in it was impossible to figure out how to verify my account. The fact that I could receive crypto without verifying, but then not trade, is asinine. 0/10, one of the worst pieces of software I've ever had the displeasure of using. I want my transfer fees back.

I've lost 100 dollars which should really be at around 130 to 140 now because, even though I know my password and username, after trying multiple things, myself and the help team cannot find a way to get me back into my account. So basically I deposited money to never see again. If I didn't remember my password i would understand, but when I type in the wrong one it let's me know. I just get an exclamation point with no reasoning for not letting me in. This is extremely frustrating for me.
