This app is not user friendly. It keeps rejecting my email even though it is the one registered with the school. Requested assistance from school and help desk multiple times to no avail. Why does the school district even require it if most parents can’t even log on? Hours wasted.

School is requiring us to use this app but only one of my two kids is appearing for the screening, the link to an external site within the screening is broken, and clicking in for Help is completely unresponsive. Feels like I'm a beta tester in a half thought out, half programmed app.

Horrible, this app sets of an alarm I did not configure, and cannot control at 0530 today. Help inside the app is non existent, there is no configuration for alerting. School is forcing the app, as a shift worker this will not do
