I used a Moby bicycle for the first time ever. No e-power and made me late for meeting so it was an exhausting, frustrating experience. Customer Support seems unable to handle this as a complaint. No apology, no refund. So I would not recommend Moby.
Your ride was fully refunded Carlo. If a bike is not working as expected end the ride and start on another bike.

topped up my account by 5 euro, they charged me another 5 euro. I asked to get refunded the 5 euro they double charged me and they said it would result in a 4.99 euro refund fee. What an absolute joke!

Horrible time wasting support and your Dublin Bikes often break mid-ride and/or don't use/turn on their back red light at night. This is a serious safety hazard for both cyclists using your bikes and motorists on the road.
