I cannot login, it does not send me a code via SMS, which a lot of other people are experiencing. The 'fix' per another review is to contact the live support. The Live support is one of those dumb AI bots which does not let you type and gives you predetermined selections which do not help! Edit: customer support reached out same day and resolved the issue, which was appreciated. However, I cannot access bikes a lot of the time.

Could be a good service. Unfortunately it's unbelievably unreliable and buggy. Batteries not engaging. Bikes showing up in ridiculous places on the in app map. Bikes everywhere in certain area but totally unusable. I wanted to use the bikes on the day of the launch of the new app and what a disaster. Firstly I had no idea the app needed to be updated to use the bikes until I contacted support. THEN the login token for TFA sign in didn't work! So when I leave my house it's a lottery!

Feedback noted, we had some issues during the tranistion from the legacy app to new, bikes showing as available but not there etc. Our street ops steam were not working over Halloween weekend due to public safety concerns so batteries got too low. Most issues are now resolved and we hope you'll try the new app again soon. Apologies

The update has broken the possibility of logging in. It doesn't send the SMS code to login after the update. The prices have risen, and I don't want a rolling subscription to a service I use intermittently. The overall service has been declining since I started using it to another unreliable bike service, Bleeper, and Dublin Bikes rigidity of location and heavy bikes If I could login I would close my account.
