app constantly crashes and cant checks balance and yall took away our option to call in to check our damn balances. I got christmas shopping to do and cant access my app due to network being down.

Doesn't recognize my login credentials anymore. I try to get it to send me a password reset and it says my email isn't valid, even though I have dozens of emails from Sharefax. Frustrating and worthless.

Just a dumpster fire in the interface. Probably should user test it before dumping it in the play store. Perhaps go look at USAAs app.
