Great bank with one of the worst apps I've ever used. Their online banking has been bad since this inception. I go five or six months per year where I literally just can't use any form of online banking because... just because? No reason, my online account is just regularly deactivated and no one in the entire company seems to know why, or care enough to figure it out.

app constantly crashes and cant checks balance and yall took away our option to call in to check our damn balances. I got christmas shopping to do and cant access my app due to network being down.

Doesn't recognize my login credentials anymore. I try to get it to send me a password reset and it says my email isn't valid, even though I have dozens of emails from Sharefax. Frustrating and worthless.
