Ratings and reviews

There was an rebalancing recommendations from the team which I accepted and placed the order. Next day I see there is negative account balance of 5k in my account. Ideally rebalancing is both buy and sell with equivalent amount. When raised a request with team, they deducted the amount from my total invested amount with no clarification. And I am still trying to understand the rationale behind this. They need to be more transparent. So much waste of time and energy.

For past several days app is freezing when opening. I cleared cache, data, etc. uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing seems to work. This is not how an app from such large trading house is expected to work. I am sure I will get a standard reply as many users also received for their review. I don't see any sincere attempt to fix such a large issue

Useless portfolio. Don't waste your time and money. They tried to convince you with multiple calls. Stopped picking my calls as soon as I purchased the plan. Their expert advice and garantied return is a bluff. Save your money and time. Make your portfolio with any discounted broker instead of paying high and getting nothing with them
