Using Sharemoney was the experience ever trying to send money. It took almost 10 days to process the transaction not to mention numerous phone calls and email messages. The operation did not even seem organized, for I had to constantly repeat the information. Sharemoney says there are no transfer fees, which is bogus. If I could give them a half-star rating, it would be more appropriate.

Worst experience. Spent all day on their process only to be find out on google they won’t transfer less than $200—something they don't disclose upfront. They demand invasive info (fingerprints/criminal record level data) and ask personal questions about why you're sending money. Strangely, they refuse direct bank debits but demand card info. Total hassle and zero transparency. Don’t waste your time; stick to your local store or better apps. Mind you, this was an emergency transfer. 0/10

I give it 4 stars because after the app supported the Discover debit card, it worked well and smoothly. However, it only lets one family member enter the same card, and it doesn't support checking accounts without debit card numbers.
