Your ads are promising, but immediate failure. First thing requested after install is a request for a phone number (coupled with a unilateral requirement to receive texts -- a bit forward for a first date, but okay). But I tried two valid phone numbers, one of which is the actual number for this phone and both of which can receive texts. But I get a "network failure" error and can't proceed further.

looking for an app that requires no info input on my part, it just works like advertised without getting my info. Hate spam and constant, incessant text messages. always to much. Like the idea but always poorly executed. Idea if I want notifications I'll turn them on in app settings, same with location. And add a subscribe button so IF I want to subscribe I can. That's volunteering my info. Not a requirement just to install app. Don't care what you need out of it!

Nope! If you don't have in app notifications -- too bad. You CANNOT text me as a requirement from the getgo! At the very least, make my personal, private phone number an OPTIONAL give LATER in the set up and give the choice of how many times a day we get updates. Let ME open the app if and when I want to look over the news you have. DON'T want to be bombarded all day with the news.
