Should be a good app but unfortunately has lots of problems. It's buggy, it crashes all the time, constantly logs me out, often won't take the photo when ending the ride. Also comes up with illogical errors like 'can't start ride in forbidden zone'. I hope the developers read the feedback and work on the issues as it would be great to see this company be successful.

Absolutely awful app and experience!!! Do not even try! You can use it only in small square and if you leave it the scooter will stop. So, you couldn't move between districts, it's useless. We spent 53 just to back it to the right spot where it allows us to finish the ride. And the custom support services doesn't reply!!!

One of the worst apps I have ever come across. I would say easily that this app does not work 9/10 times I have used it. Here are only a few of the most prevalent issues I'm having: 1) Being logged out constantly 2) Issues with logging on and link not working 3) App freezing on start up 4) Scanning of QR does not work, inputting manualy does not work
