App is great when it works. If you are short on time, or you have a long distance to walk in the heat, the app is almost guaranteed not to work. You'll be charged, that part always works, you just won't get your ride and will have no way to end it. You have the option of calling customer service in the app. That feature works, but nobody will ever answer. There is a support chat function. Good luck with that as well.

Should be a good app but unfortunately has lots of problems. It's buggy, it crashes all the time, constantly logs me out, often won't take the photo when ending the ride. Also comes up with illogical errors like 'can't start ride in forbidden zone'. I hope the developers read the feedback and work on the issues as it would be great to see this company be successful.

One of the worst apps I have ever come across. I would say easily that this app does not work 9/10 times I have used it. Here are only a few of the most prevalent issues I'm having: 1) Being logged out constantly 2) Issues with logging on and link not working 3) App freezing on start up 4) Scanning of QR does not work, inputting manualy does not work
