Sharp Archive archives and syncs the SMS messages on your phone to your SharpArchive business account, so your organisation keeps a complete, searchable record of text communications.

Sharp Archive is built for businesses with recordkeeping and compliance requirements. An invitation code from your organisation is required to sign in.

WHAT IT DOES
• Archives the text messages already on your phone when you sign in
• Captures new incoming and outgoing SMS automatically, including while the app is closed
• Supports phones with more than one SIM
• Shows your archive by contact, with search and contact filtering
• Shows contact names instead of numbers if you allow Contacts access (optional)

YOUR DATA AND YOUR CONTROL
• Before any SMS is read, the app explains exactly what is collected and asks for your consent
• Messages are sent over an encrypted connection to your organisation's SharpArchive account
• Your messages are never sold and never used for advertising
• Stop syncing at any time by logging out, revoking SMS permission, or uninstalling
• Request deletion of your account and data at https://sharparchive.com/delete-account

PERMISSIONS
• SMS (read and receive): to archive existing messages and capture new ones. This is the app's core function.
• Contacts (optional): to show contact names in your archive.
