Your first 3 bookings are free. Thereafter, a ₹10 booking fee applies.
You may cancel a booking only before the vendor responds (accepts or rejects). If canceled in this window, your ₹10 will be credited back to your LOOK O LIKE wallet for future use.
Once a vendor accepts, the customer cannot cancel.
Vendors may cancel even after acceptance — but only in critical, unavoidable cases (e.g. emergency). In that case, your ₹10 will be refunded to your wallet.
The displayed appointment time is approximate — actual times may vary due to queue dynamics, vendor constraints, or other factors. LOOK O LIKE is not liable for delays.
