Cloud9 is a school ERP which helps schools to manage complex functions and in turn increases efficiency. This software has been developed by Shaurya Software Pvt. Ltd after conducting in-depth research about the various systems adapted by different schools and with a purpose to ease the stress behind their working. This app is a simple, fast and secure way to access Cloud9. Once the app is installed, users will start getting notifications for various activities such as homework, fee dues, attendance, circulars, communication etc. No need to login again and again, you can open your dashboard in a click. This app is for all personnel involved with the school : Admin, Users, Teachers, Parents & Students. There are more mobile phones than PCs, the ratio is almost 5 times hence we understand the importance of bringing Cloud9 to your palm.

App is getting worse no notifications received, few enhancements can be done which will make it more effective 1. Whenever student is marked absent a notification should be available to parents, about kid is absent in school. 2. In location tracking we can have a feature we can get a notification whenever the bus reaches a certain point.

I've been trying to reset my password as old one won't work. It's been a month and the app doesn't let me change the password. I've tried from mobile and laptop. Wrote an email and reminder to given email is of the developer but all in vein.

I changed my phone and looked out of the app. And installed in my new android phone and after that whenever I download any file it keeps stop. If I want to download another I need to open it again. I'm using it for 2.5 years, I never faced this issue but now it always stops after every file download. Please resolve this issue. Thankyou
