I started using shaxi since yesterday,, what I experience was that,, you don't see where the rider is,, and secondly if you decide not to pick up the rider again you can't cancel ❌❌ please can you solve this issue for it to be easier for us.

I started using this app today. And I had a request, after picking it I realized the app was very dim that I couldn't see to trace the route to the rider. No price showing,no portion to make a report of an issue , no pick up distance showing, no destination settings. I'm really craving to use this app cos it's of our own. So i suggest you upgrade it thank you.

I would suggest that the map and calls should be embedded on the app like the other apps and also customers should get notification if the driver have accepted the trip also know when the driver is moving towards them. you can't the rider in the dark. I think if this and also know if these things are corrected, it will push more users to the app. I would like shaxi to take over in Ghana
