It's a good app but I have 2 points. 1. I wish it could have noise notifications setting even when other apps are running. Currently when another app is running, you can't get the ride notification and miss the ride. 2. Support is basically non existent when you want to communicate a concern. This should be fixed immediately

Drivers want to use Shaxi, but applying getting approvals from the App takes too much time. still waiting for approval

I started using this app today. And I had a request, after picking it I realized the app was very dim that I couldn't see to trace the route to the rider. No price showing,no portion to make a report of an issue , no pick up distance showing, no destination settings. I'm really craving to use this app cos it's of our own. So i suggest you upgrade it thank you.
