• This service is only available on phones registered in your name.
• Available on Android OS 7.0 or higher.
• For safe financial transactions, we recommend updating to the latest version.
• This service is not available on phones that have been modified, such as rooted or jailbroken, or on non-Google certified phones.
• If you reinstall the app using a Google account backup when changing devices, this service is not available. Please re-download and install the app from the Google Play Store.
• Data charges may apply depending on your subscription plan when downloading the app and using the service.
• Offline payments are only available when connected to your mobile carrier's network (5G/LTE/3G, etc.).
• Online payments (PC/mobile payments) are only available when connected to Wi-Fi.

Ratings and reviews

I would give zero stars if I could. I applied for a card, and for 10 days they never picked up the phone, always saying they were busy. There’s no way to check the status of my debit card application either. Definitely not recommended go with another card company instead.

It doesn't let me set up the account. I always get the notification "if you're a foreigner you need to have a Shinhan Bank account". I do but, I can't select anything and just get stucked on the same position. The man at the information at the Bank also can't help me. Also there are so many options and it feels impossible to find any English information.

another trash Korean app. required some another useless "security" app to start, but does not possible to login with my shinhan or shinhancard account
