Users can view billing sheets and payment calculations generated through the HBMS web platform.

Role-Based Access
Access to data is restricted based on user roles:

• Bus Owners – access to their registered buses
• Depot Officials – access to depot-level buses
• Regional Officials – access to buses within their region
• Administrative Users – system management access

Secure Login
The application uses secure authentication and encrypted communication to protect user information.

Dashboard Access
Users can quickly view available bus data, billing details, and operational information through a simple dashboard interface.

No Advertisements
The application does not display advertisements.

No Payments Processed
HBMS does not process payments or financial transactions inside the application.

Data Usage

The application only collects minimal data required for authentication and system operation.
No personal contacts, photos, files, or location data are accessed.
