I love Shearwater and am glad they are trying to improve their app. Unfortunately, I was only able to launch the app for the first few hours on release, but now I get an error every time I try to login: "An error occurred while loading your data. Please log out and try again." I have reinstalled the app several times.

Useless. Don't even waste your time with this. Initially it didn't show me any of my previous dives. After an app "update" I was not able to log in because supposedly password was wrong (it wasn't!!). OK. I changed the password and still can't log in at all. Was it a junior high school student who designed this app???? I just deleted it & went back to an old Shearwater app that, despite many drawbacks, actually works.

Update on this app, somehow they have managed to make it worse. It has lost all my dive info, and the 2 dives I had using the GPS are also gone. One of these on the app showed me diving about 20 miles inland. Now when sinked, it does not allow any dives to be downloaded. I have used Shearwater computers for over 10 years, but they are showing how little they care about there customers with this rubbish.
