About this app
Use your SheetWA workspace from your phone. Everything stays in sync with the web dashboard, so you can pick up a chat on your phone and finish it on your laptop.
Requirements
• A SheetWA account. Sign in with your account email and we'll send you a 6-digit code.
• A WhatsApp number connected to your workspace through the WhatsApp Business Platform. You connect it from the SheetWA dashboard on a computer.

Team inbox
Reply with text, photos, videos, documents and audio files, or take a photo straight from the chat. Once the 24-hour window closes, send an approved template to restart the conversation.
Work as a team
Claim chats, assign them to teammates, leave internal notes and close conversations when they're done. Filter by Mine, Unassigned, Unread and Closed, or search by name or number.
Quick replies and auto-replies
Insert a saved answer with a tap, or type "/" to find one. Set up auto-reply rules that answer common messages for you.
Broadcasts
Pick an approved template, choose contacts by tag or one by one, then send now or schedule it for later. Delivered, read and replied counts update live, and you can retry failed sends.
Templates
Browse your templates, start from the Meta or Community library, and submit new ones for approval.
Contacts
Add and edit contacts, tag them, and see who has unsubscribed and why.
Automations and QR codes
Turn automations on or off and check their run history. Create QR codes that open a chat with your business and tag everyone who scans them.
Number health
See your number's status, quality rating, messaging limit and how many messages you've sent this cycle.
